Worldia partners with Koala to launch “Full Flex”, an optional service that refunds 100% of the trip event in the event of cancellation without reason.
The pandemic has caused us to change our habits, especially how we prepare for trips. To meet the new expectations around travel, Worldia, the B2B2C leader in à la carte travel, is launching in partnership with Koala: “Worldia Full Flex”, a new service that allows travellers to cancel their trips without needing to give any reasoning or justification.
This new product is available for all the trips that Worldia offers and equally enables all partners to offer their customers the possibility of booking trips without taking any risks.
Border closures, a return to lockdown, the risk of contracting Covid-19, today we are faced with a particularly uncertain climate that goes against our need to escape, even though our desire to travel is stronger than ever. According to the study carried out in France last January by Poll&Roll for Worldia, nearly one in two French people will make travel one of their top spending priorities in 2021.
With this in mind, Worldia wanted to offer a new service that gives travellers the option to book their next vacation without any worries whatsoever: introducing “Worldia Full Flex”, available from March 1st, 2021.
Cancel with our reason or justification
This new, innovative guarantee allows travellers to cancel a booking up to 14 days before departure without needing to provide any reason or justification.
Thanks to “Worldia Full Flex”, travellers can easily cancel all their bookings (hotel, flight, other services). All they have to do is select this option when booking their trip. They will then receive a 100% refund of their trip to their bank account in just 3 days.
To launch “Worldia Full Flex”, the specialist in tailor-made travel has teamed up with Koala, a French insurtech company dedicated to travel that creates tailor-made and 100% automated solutions for key players in tourism.

This option is available for the entirety of the trips offered by Worldia, i.e. in more than 75 destinations. The “Worldia Full Flex” service is offered at €49 per person for travel to Europe and €89 per person for travel outside of Europe (amounts previously paid are refunded, minus the service charge: €35 for travel to Europe or €70 outside Europe).
