Superhog was created by two hosts who envisioned using technology to provide globally accessible, seamless solutions to address the industry’s biggest problems – trust.
The company minimises risks for OTAs, Property Managers, Hosts, and Guests with best-in-class SaaS products for the vacation rental industry.
Insurtech Gateway incubated Guardhog in 2019. Later that year Guardhog launched it’s sister company Superhog.

In the short-term rental industry, trust, identification verification, and property damage are problems that both hosts and guests must deal with. Fraudulent actions, disagreements over payments, and noncompliance with regulations make the process much more difficult and put everyone at risk.
